Recipe of hotcakes

 Ingredients:

3 cups of flour    

3 cups of milk   

    

3 eggs

5 spoonful of sugar       

1 spoonful of oil     

3 1/2 spoonful of honey

3 spoonful of “royal”     

butter, honey and fruit or ice cream to ornament

     

 Preparation:

First,  melt the butter.

Then, put eggs, sugar, honey, oil, milk, melted butter, and flour in a bowl.

Next, mix all ingredients

Next, put three spoonful of royal to the mixture

Next, mix again

Next, heat the pan with butter

After that, put few mixture in the pan, toast of cake for both sides

Finally, serve the cake with butter and honey, ornament with fruit and Ice cream.
